*** A $50 deposit at the time of booking is required to secure your date / time. Appointments WILL NOT BE FINIALIZED BOOKINGS until a deposit is received. Deposits are nonrefundable and in groups cannot be transferred to other party members. The remainder of your balance is due at the end of your appointment. Forms of payment I accept are cash, credit cards, Paypal, CashApp and Venmo.
*** CHANGES IN SERVICE HEADCOUNT: Any requests for additional services after a contract is signed must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to your service date. Additions requested on the day of service are at the discretion of Michelle Murphey and are not guaranteed. Any agreed additional performed services to this contract will be paid in full upon completion and are billed at regular posted rates. No refund is given for members of the wedding party who miss or refuse their appointment for any reason.
*** Deposits lost due to cancelations can not be transferred to existing balances or new appointments.
*** Please be on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 mins late to your appointment , it will unfortunately be cancelled without refund. Please be mindful of other client's time.
*** No refunds will be given once the appointment has ended. Please check your makeup and address any changes or concerns prior to departure.
*** Travel Fees vary and are dependent on location of venue or get ready location. (Minimum travel fee of $30 for any onlocation services)
